Extract agaricus blazei Lisovyk 10: 1 ground 50 g is a Lisovyk product supplied as ground powder. The directions below apply specifically to this product form.

Product form: ground powder.

Directions for use:
Take 1 g once daily with warm water.

The recommended daily amount is 1 g of powder. The daily amount may be taken in a single dose.

Pour 150–250 ml of warm, but not hot, water over the powder, cover and leave to infuse for 20–30 minutes. It is recommended to consume the prepared infusion together with the sediment, as the serving amount is calculated by the dry weight of the powder.

A cold infusion may also be prepared: add room-temperature water to the powder and leave for 8–10 hours.

If desired, the powder can be added to cooled foods or drinks such as porridge, vegetable puree or smoothies. Do not pour boiling water over the powder or boil it unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.

When using the product for the first time, it is advisable to start with the minimum recommended amount and gradually increase to the full daily serving while monitoring individual tolerance.

The last dose should preferably be taken no later than the second half of the day, especially for mushrooms with tonic properties.

Course of use: 1–2 months, followed by a break.

For accurate dosing, kitchen scales are recommended, as the weight of powder in a spoon may vary depending on grind and density.

During the course, maintain adequate fluid intake and a balanced diet.

Precautions: do not exceed the manufacturer’s recommendations. Consult a healthcare professional before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, for children, or if you have a chronic medical condition or take medication.
