💳 Payment Methods

We offer three payment methods:

  • 💰 Cash on delivery — payment upon receipt of the order. Cash on delivery is available for orders of UAH 200 or more. When paying by cash on delivery, you pay the shipping cost plus the carrier’s fee (≈ UAH 20 + 2% of the order value).
  • 🏦 Payment to a bank card or current account

📦 Orders under UAH 200 require 100% prepayment.
Cash on delivery is available for all delivery methods for orders of UAH 200 or more.
If the product’s storage conditions or shelf-life requirements have been violated, it will be replaced at the company’s expense.

🚚 Delivery Options

  • 🚚 Nova Poshta — orders are dispatched every day except Saturday and Sunday. Delivery time is 1–2 business days. Shipping costs are calculated according to the carrier’s rates.

  • 📮 Ukrposhta — orders are dispatched every day except Saturday and Sunday. Delivery time ranges from 3 business days to 2 weeks, depending on the region.

  • 🚀 Meest Express — orders are dispatched on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Shipping costs are calculated according to the carrier’s rates. Cash on delivery or prepayment is available.

  • 👨‍🦱 Courier delivery — the courier delivers the order according to Nova Poshta’s rates.

  • 🏠 Store pickup — available on business days from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM without a lunch break. The address is provided in the «Contacts» section.
⚠️ Important:
— Cash on delivery is available for orders of UAH 200 or more.
— Upon receipt, please check the integrity of the packaging and ensure that all ordered items are included.
— The parcel is automatically returned on the 7th day, even if it has been prepaid.

🌍 International Delivery

Ukrposhta International Delivery
International delivery is available only with full prepayment for both the products and shipping.

Ukrposhta has international agreements with most countries worldwide, except the Russian Federation and territories treated as equivalent.

Please take customs duty-free limits into account (≈ EUR 80–200). You can calculate the shipping cost using the online calculator.

If the parcel is not delivered or is returned, only the cost of the products will be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
