Ingredients / INCI:

100% mixture of dried herbs, flowers, and fruits: raspberry leaf, linden leaf and flower, rosehip fruit, cornflower, calendula, heather. Free from artificial flavorings, colorants, and added sugar.

Preparation Instructions:

• In a teapot: Add 3 tablespoons of the blend to 1 L of water at 85–90 °C, cover with a lid, and steep for 8–12 minutes, then strain.

• In a cup: Use 1–1.5 teaspoons per 200–250 ml of water (85–90 °C) with the same steeping time.

• Gently crush rosehip fruits before steeping for better flavor release. Always strain the ready infusion due to fine hairs/seeds inside the rosehips. Enjoy warm, optionally with honey or lemon.

• Raspberry leaf is not recommended during the first and second trimesters of pregnancy.
