Ingredients / INCI:

Blackberry leaves, marigold flowers, rose petals, cornflower petals, sunflower petals, nettle leaves, echinacea herb/flowers.

Preparation Instructions:

• In a teapot: Pour 1 L of water at 85–90 °C over 3 tablespoons of the blend, cover with a lid, steep for 5–7 minutes, then strain.

• In a cup: Use 1–1.5 teaspoons per 200–250 ml of water (85–90 °C) and steep covered for 5–7 minutes.

• Avoid using boiling water (100 °C) to preserve delicate floral notes. Can be re-steeped or cold-brewed in the refrigerator for 6–8 hours.
