Preparation Instructions:

• In a teapot: Pour 1 L of water at ~90 °C over 3 tablespoons of flowers, cover with a lid, steep for 5–10 minutes, and strain.

• In a cup: Use 1–1.5 teaspoons per 200–250 ml of water (~90 °C) and steep covered for 5–10 minutes.

• Serve warm, optionally with honey or a slice of lemon.
