Contains:

Directions for use:

The recommended daily amount is 3 g of dried fruiting bodies. It is recommended to divide the daily portion into three servings of 1 g each.

The fruiting bodies may be chewed and taken with warm water or infused in 200–250 ml of hot water for 10–25 minutes and consumed as an infusion.

It is recommended to take the product in the morning or during the first half of the day, with or immediately after a meal. The last serving should preferably be taken no later than 4–6 hours before bedtime.

Course of use: 1–2 months, followed by a recommended break.
