Drink characteristics

• A soft fruity taste with dried-fruit and honey notes, light floral aroma and gentle astringency without pronounced bitterness.

Ingredients: 100% fermented fireweed (Ivan tea) leaf.

Brewing directions: Pour 200–250 ml of 90–95 °C water over 1–2 teaspoons and steep for 5–10 minutes. The leaves may be re-steeped 2–3 times.
