Directions for use: adults should take 5 g per day — approximately 2.5 level teaspoons of powder. For the first 2 days, it is recommended to start with half the daily amount — 2.5 g — to allow the body to adapt.

Mix the powder with water or juice, or add it to a smoothie. It is recommended to take it in the morning on an empty stomach, 20–30 minutes before meals.

It is not recommended to take it with coffee or tea, as tannins may reduce iron absorption.
