Directions for use:
When using these mushroom products for the first time, it is recommended to start with the minimum daily amount and not exceed the amounts specified in the instructions and course description. Individual response should be monitored while gradually increasing to the standard daily amount. For better absorption, it is recommended to divide the daily intake into two servings, taken 15–20 minutes before meals. The first serving should be taken in the morning and the second at lunchtime. If necessary, the entire daily amount may be taken in the morning — 2 capsules of each product.
- Days 1–2: start with a single morning serving — 1 capsule of each product per day.
- From day 3: switch to the standard schedule — 2 capsules of each product per day.
Red Fly Agaric
Directions: 2 capsules per day (total daily amount — 1 g).
- Preferably take the capsules with warm water.
- Do not take with coffee.
Cordyceps
Directions: 2 capsules per day (total daily amount — 1 g).
- Preferably take with warm water.
Store the products in a cool place protected from direct sunlight.
