Directions for use:
The recommended daily amount is 2 g of dried fruiting bodies. The daily amount may be taken in a single dose.

The fruiting bodies may be chewed and washed down with warm water, or infused in 200–250 ml of hot water for 10–25 minutes and consumed as an infusion.

It is recommended to take the product in the morning or during the first half of the day, with or immediately after meals. The last dose should preferably be taken at least 4–6 hours before bedtime.

Course of use: 1–2 months, followed by a break.
