BACTEROCID Nasal Spray with Sea Salt is a medical device for topical use intended to moisturize, cleanse and protect the nasal mucosa.

The product helps relieve symptoms associated with dryness, irritation, nasal congestion, discomfort during nasal breathing and crust formation. It may be used as an adjunctive product for rhinitis, sinusitis and allergic rhinitis, as well as during exposure to dry air, dust, temperature changes and during recovery after surgical procedures in the nasal cavity.

Thanks to the isotonic concentration of sea salt, the spray provides gentle irrigation and mechanical cleansing of the nasal passages, supports the natural barrier function of the nasal mucosa and helps reduce microbial load without systemic pharmacological action.

Action:

Composition:

Water, sea salt, sodium benzoate.

Active ingredient: sea salt — 0.9%.

Directions for use:

Before the first use, remove the protective cap and make 1–2 test sprays into the air until a stable spray is produced.

If necessary, clean the nasal passages before use.

Shake the bottle thoroughly before each use. Remove the cap, carefully insert the spray nozzle into the nasal passage and slightly tilt the head to the opposite side.

• for the left nostril — tilt the head to the right;

• for the right nostril — tilt the head to the left.

Recommended dosage:

• children aged 3–7 years — 1–2 sprays into each nostril 1–3 times daily;

• children aged 8–16 years — 2 sprays into each nostril 2–4 times daily;

• adults — 2–3 sprays into each nostril 3–5 times daily.

After application, it is recommended to avoid blowing the nose for 10–15 minutes.

After each use, close the bottle tightly. If necessary, wipe the spray nozzle with a clean tissue or rinse it with boiled water.

Do not allow the spray nozzle to come into contact with contaminated surfaces.

Recommended duration of use — up to 7 days or as directed by a physician.

Warnings:

• For topical use in the nasal cavity only.
• Do not spray into the eyes, mouth or onto damaged areas of skin.
• Before the first use, an individual sensitivity test is recommended: administer one spray into the nasal passage and observe the reaction of the mucous membrane for 30 minutes.
• If itching, burning, swelling, sneezing, increased rhinorrhea or other discomfort occurs, discontinue use and consult a physician.
• Do not use the product in case of individual sensitivity to any of its components.
• Use in accordance with the instructions.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage:

Store at a temperature between +5 and +25 °C and at a relative humidity of no more than 75%.

After opening the consumer package, use within 12 months.
