Milk Thistle with Echinacea is a dietary supplement combining ground milk thistle seeds with echinacea extract. The formula provides a source of naturally occurring biologically active compounds, including silymarin from milk thistle and plant-based compounds found in echinacea.
Milk thistle seeds are a natural source of flavonolignans, collectively known as silymarin. As a dietary ingredient, milk thistle may be included in the diet to support normal liver and digestive system function.

Ingredients
Each tablet contains:
- Ground milk thistle seeds — 125 mg
- Echinacea extract — 75 mg
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin, lactose, starch, acidity regulator (citric acid), sweetener (sorbitol), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, calcium stearate, magnesium stearate).
Directions for Use
Adults and children over 12 years of age: take 1 tablet three times daily with meals.
Any alternative dosage should be taken only as advised by a healthcare professional.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Recommended duration of use: up to 4 weeks. For continued use or a repeat course, consult a healthcare professional.
