Silicon (Si) is a mineral substance that belongs to essential trace elements. It is found in many natural compounds and is required by the body in small amounts. The dietary supplement may be used as an additional source of silicon in the diet.

Silicon dioxide has sorption properties and may contribute to the binding of undesirable substances in the gastrointestinal tract. The product may be used to support the normal functional state of the digestive system.

Ingredients

1 tablet contains:

• silicon dioxide — 450 mg.

Excipients: maltodextrin (filler), microcrystalline cellulose (filler), calcium stearate (anti-caking agent).

Directions for use

Adults and children aged 12 years and older: take 2 tablets 3 times daily, 1–2 hours before or 2 hours after food, with 1–2 glasses of water.

Any other amount of consumption should be agreed with a physician.

Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.

Warnings

Individual sensitivity to any of the product's ingredients, children under 12 years of age, pregnancy and breastfeeding, exacerbation of gastrointestinal diseases (peptic ulcer disease, gastritis), renal insufficiency, and a tendency to constipation.

Prolonged uncontrolled use is not recommended, as it may reduce the absorption of beneficial nutrients.

May contain traces of oats and lactose.

Consultation with a physician is recommended before use.

The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
